Buddhists are divided into seven categories, two of them are collectively referred to as "Lay Buddhist". It means Buddhists who practice at home.
Although Lay Buddhists have a relatively free daily life, they may need to do some fixed things every day, mainly including the following three:
Firstly, do morning classes
Do morning classes, and no one supervises them, it all depends on self-awareness, which means spending an hour reciting scriptures.
Secondly, do evening classes
After dinner, Lay Buddhists need to do evening classes and spend an hour reciting Buddhist scriptures.
Thirdly, attend the Buddhist Lecture Conference
On specific days, the temple holds a lecture conference, and theoretically, Lay Buddhists are required to attend.
Other than that, there are no restrictions on what to do.
